We've run a good cop/bad cop routine for years.It can get a bit out of control sometimes, but for the most part I respond with a "talk to the PM" response to almost all of their inquiries.

Are some lenders routinely better than others in accounting for this, such as Local Credit Unions vs Commercial Loans vs FHA, etc.....Is there ever consideration given of the precious owners rental income stream as to the quality/probability of an income stream?
