Tenants ability to bypass an unresponsible PM
I am looking for options on providing tenants with a venue to voice their displeasure with the PM. We had a situation that could have been nipped a lot sooner if the tenants could have contacted us directly.
If the PM is not keeping the tenants happy, how do the tenants get a hold of you to let you know?
