I have 2 questions as it relates to taxes for fix and flipping.

The land acquisition cost is relatively straightforward.

Another issue is the gas station includes a liquor store so opening a new company to buy out business would mean losing the age of liquor license which may be beneficial in the future if they pass a law on permitting more liquor licenses to existing holders. 

Eventually, 358 of the homes fell into foreclosure.The following 11 defendants were indicted on mortgage fraud-related offenses including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first degree felony: Uri Gofman, Tony Viola, Igor Gofman, Kevin Landrum, Dave Pirichy, Dale Adams, Steve Greenwald, George Gardner and James Leoni along with Real Asset Fund, owned by Uri Gofman, and Karka Inc., also owned by Uri Gofman.

Is cash invested related to renovation?

I can't even count how many times I have seen posts on Biggerpockets from struggling investors trying to rent out Section 8 properties or D class properties out of state.Everyday there is a new post from a Newbie Investor who put their hard earned cash into a dud of an investment and cannot figure out why they can't find a solid tenant, why their tenants don't pay, or some other horror story related to investing out of state/D class real estate.
