It's either not going to be the end of world (which, of course it's not) and you'll have a great deal under your belt or it will be and who cares at that point.If you've done the math and won't go bankrupt if it's sitting empty for a month or two longer than anticipated then I'm not sure why to second-guess yourself at all; just keep going.
