I refuse to patronize Hallmark, Sara lee,   Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, and a bunch of others, because the contribute to anti  2A  efforts, I am a Right leaning Libertarian, and avoid doing business with people and companies that support left leaning causes, i voting with you pocket book sends a message, and I have to feel good about where i spend my money. 

@Jeet Sangha  you may want to check into the laws in CA when dealing with someone in foreclosure.. anti equity stripping laws have been passed in the west coast states of CA OR and WA.

But New Jersey has anti-eviction laws, landlord/tenant laws in favor to the renters. 

In some states it probably violates the licensing law and anti hacking laws.

The City Council members are very tenant friendly and anti landlord.

Put me in the anti-awning camp.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not entirely anti-entity. 

I’m not anti wholesaler I’ve done it in the past, but I think the mls part… it’s just not ideal for anyone. that’s not just a critical statement but for your sake, you will get a lot more tire kickers and people with financing types that won’t work for wholesale. 

If this investor's team does not have the skills to manage a STR then he can use an outside PM or have his team learn.In addition, STRs in many areas are in danger of having anti STR regulations in place. 

Yes, you can boil water but that will not remove toxins/poisons.
