Vacasa not only charge a commission they also charge guest facing fees that you do not get a cut of that really makes it more like 40-45% commission that you are paying as guest are only looking at total cost and any charge fees that are adding to the total cost are taking away from your rent and your pocket.

If you get that much interest, my first thought is that you are probably under-priced.Start by "pre-screening" them with a cut/paste response that asks them how much they make, if they are willing to submit to a credit/criminal background, if they have pets, or whatever.
