Rehab estimation - adding a driveway

Hi all! Hoping for some insight. Currently looking at a property that as it stands, does not have a driveway or a garage. There is a cut out basically in the front yard to park cars, but that’s it. However, there’s more than enough space to blast into the front yard and create a driveway. As it stands, the ask is around $100k, probably more, under what the value of the house should be (even before other updates). Curious if anyone has ever gone into a front yard to create a driveway, and the costs associated...basically trying to figure out if this is even worth pursuing. Also possible that there’s some rock under the lawn...

Thanks!
