All of our properties are cash flow positive and we have teams in place to help manage them.with that said, we had previously lived in 2 of those 3 markets, which certainly helped.

Hi All - This is a funny request but my fiancé and I recently did an exercise together where we wrote down 10 things we are grateful for, 5 goals of ours for the next two years, and 5 goals of ours for the next five years.

The agent was getting pushed pretty hard by his brokerage to get this signed before putting in an offer, so I caved, but limited the date. 

We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!
