The key is understanding the nuances of the program and making sure your property aligns with their inspection standards.In Detroit specifically, Section 8 tends to work best in C and C+ neighborhoods.

I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.  

Upon his moving out, I checked the outside cameras and noticed he was taking out all the contents of the home and putting them in a moving truck and his car.

Should I just add them to my 'Cash Buyer List' and move on?
