As Ron pointed out above, in a Mortgage foreclosure, any junior liens would be wiped apart from some of those he listed.

@Elena Koyun, I disagree with @Caleb Heimsoth and @Junior Soares.The tenant only has you to hold accountable because you were responsible for this repair and it was people working for you that caused the damage.
