I'm a new wanna-be investor, I work full time and am a full time student pursuing my bachelor's degree, I want to start building passive income however I don't have any experience in real estate nor do I have a lot of extra money, where do I start, and how can I start earning passive income quickly?

Live with that small living expense as long as possible. Every penny saved and invested now will compound hundreds of times by the time you get to the end of your investing. Put your savings into a money market or some kind of high yield FDIC insured account.
