Renting Property for Vehicle Storage

Hello! I’m wondering if anyone has experience with or knows how to go about renting out part of your property for vehicle/RV/boat storage? We have a junior acre lot and are planning to eventually rent out the house but we’re hoping to fence it off and use the back space for vehicle rental. Any information on the subject would be so appreciated!
