Just had an AirBNB guest cancel after day 3 of a 30 day booking (we always use strict cancellation policy) because he said he drove by a grocery store 3 blocks away and saw ‘homeless people doing drugs.’The guest called AirBNB and pressured us to lift the strict policy and allow them to cancel for ‘the safety of their family.’A few months ago we had a guest cancel early because they ‘saw someone in the yard at night.’

In many markets inventory is lower (in Los Angeles inventory went from 2,577 a month ago down to 1,883 - and that 1,883 is up front 1,700-something a week ago).I can understand why a buyer would rather wait to buy as now - in many areas - they've either chosen or are by law unable to go and view the inside of a property (which is likely why so many sellers had their listings pulled).With the Gilead drug showing very good results for those with pneumonia and the fact some states are opening back up to varying degrees, we'll see what happens.

If you mix buy and hold with wholesale or fix and flip the IRS might label you a dealer, which has significant impact.

even buying a car from an US dealer have to be payed cash (the same model/year costs about 5-6K less in US compare to Canada so when i need a new car i just travel 100 miles south to save a lot, but till now i wasn't able to get any financing the conventional way)maybe i just didn't find the right lender, because i heard thought that there's a way to have a home loan, so that's why i'm posting here.any information will help, thanks.

Question 1: do you add an addendum of requirements / conditions to your leases and if so, do you include any information specifically from your insurance agent (plus other basic points, e.g. no drug use?)
