So I’m looking into buying an foreclosure multi family in the central connecticut area.

The condo 3 bed 2 bath, 1150 sq ft is located in central Phoenix, AZ in a nice gated community.

I'd like to use this area because it is centralized, deck is gonna need replaced soonish, and 2 walls for the project are already in place. 

I grew up on a farm in central MO. 

I would highly recommend Central Bank for financing.

Please note I get this in central Illinois and may be different where u are but being extremely selective has worked well for me so far.
