New to BP and to Little Rock

Hello BP! I'm new to investing in Central Arkansas and would love to network a bit. These podcasts are outstanding, so I figured the site must be worth checking out, too. This place is great. I can't wait to learn more. My plan (for now) is to focus on multi-family properties, beginning in Little Rock. I welcome any advice, connections or deals.
