I just recently found one and am currently under contract on a 3bd/2bth w/ an ADU....been looking and watching the market weekly, if not daily for 8 months.

I am a young expecting father, love to play golf now, and still love to watch baseball after my time at Belmont Abbey playing. 

But if you look at other global macro trends you see other things forming quicker and I won't get into that, but that doesn't mean this isn't coming.I'm very tempted for the first time ever to sit 100% cash and watch, I may do this as we enter first business week of June.

In person they're more apt to give you ideas of what you could do or even if it is possible.You might also start watching or going to the P&Z meetings to hear the discussions.
