If the cash flow is right even using a manager, would STR be an option you’re interested in hearing more about?

I'd recommend using a good lender that covers the rehab budget - so you are not out of pocket for the purchase & rehab amount.

(Most people are using a HELOC to buy in Tulum or the Riviera Maya) 4.

The builder will simply let you know when the house is close to completion so you can then sell your old property and buy the new one using a regular 1031.With an improvement exchange, you've already sold your old property generally. 

Please advise if you are using a channel manager that you would recommend.
