I also note I have a dedicated LLC through which all transactions were made and this is my first solo flip.

If not, then you can get out and not have to deal with the separate LLC dedicated to mobile home investing. 

My initial thoughts are to find a space of about 20,000-25,000 sf and deliver the space to partners either by open desk, dedicated offices, or team offices.Cheers,A

That is a big mistake for HOA/COAs to accept.The Community Association Institute (cai dot org) is the advocacy group dedicated to this concept.

I had been expecting more along the lines of "requires dedicated parking space" or "kitchen may not have a stove" type of thing. 

I've decided to pass based solely on the fact that I took four listings in a relatively short amount of time and have been dedicating all my time to those.

But it's also clear from the stories all over BP that achieving significant success requires a large amount of dedication, commitment, learning, patience, diligence, analytical skills, networking and communication skills, project management, and at least a small amount of luck along the way -- in other words, the same kind of things that lead to success in most fields.

We also ended up replacing all 475 ft of pipe put in 2 check valves that should have been there already but wasn't along with a torque arrester and a new safety line of 475 ft along with new points and dedicated breaker switch all which should have already been there but wasn't the previous owner either got ripped off or cheaped out when it came to putting the well in.
