I am especially interested in the Tucson area around the University of Arizona.

I live by the university.  

My apartment is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania right next to Temple University's campus (I'm a student).

Unlike, Norman (Oklahoma University is located here), Winter Garden (University of Central Florida is located here), and Boerne is a military area.

Our plan is to purchase a 2 bed 2 bath condo near downtown, or near the university, Airbnb one of the rooms while we are living there, and in June when his contract is up, we plan to move out and rent the entire condo out long term.

Think of it as ivy league university.

I am under contract on a quadplex near a university that is 4 hour drive from me.

I expect my relationship with my tenants to be warm within the bounds of professional.At the same time, I'm doing my best to minimize the likelihood of personal attacks.

Major metro, State capitals, cities with many colleges and universities, and hospitals are always good options.

I went to Hampton University and definitely may end up back in the area if I get stationed in Norfolk again.
