I am surprised by the CoreLogic study from 2017. 

I have been reading books, studying online, going to seminars in my area, and I am just starting to listen to all the podcast on the site.Although I live in NY, the market is extremely difficult to get into as a newbie investor, as most would know.

Where you study for the test doesn't really matter.

Once you're under contract, then you can fine tune the numbers before your study period is up.

I am new to BP also new to real estate investing I've read up and studied a bit and I'm ready to jump in.

Your husband works from home so it may be doable.I would really recommend studying the local market there because while correlated with the Twin Cities market it could be very much different. 

prepagent.com is a good website also prep agent on YouTube is a good study guide to learn off of some of the videos are goofy/funny but I think that helps it stick to your memory.

For me I studied wholesaling a lot before I turned 18 last month but the problem is that wholesalers aren't trained correctly.
