Basically someone sends that address (a US address) mail and the company will email me and say 'hey you have this mail' (with a screenshot of the letter) and if I want them to open it and scan it I tell them to, and they send me digital images of the content.

I look up the properties in the mls or my local image mate, which tells you about when the home was sold, taxes, assessment, just so I have some background on the property.Also if you search the mls you can see how long a property has been for sale, if it's been on the mls for a while the seller might be open to owner financing or something creative.

They will always have the image of someone else's home as opposed to their own.Properties do not look the same when they are empty as when there was furniture in them.
