you can get how to do it movies on almost everything. 

At least one I was interested in had a beautiful front, but when driving through the alley backside was just sticks....like a movie set.   

I have seen success with making the properties as unique (murals/theming) as possible and providing quality amenities (custom movie theatre & game room). 

What we found out in Florida ( just like in the movie Big Short) was amazing amount of traps setup for trusting investor ( how can this happen in America?)

I'm talking arcade machines, theaters, slides, LED lights, murals, etc all themed out to some Disney movie.  

I like sound tracks to movies, not loud.

So you have to decide which is more important to you at this stage in your life: scaling or being mildly annoyed when a guest can't figure something out and messages you while you're at the movie theater.

I want to stack this home full of amenities like a game room, movie room, etc.
