When we had our guest check out from a 2 month stay, we had to do a deep clean, as the bathrooms, kitchen, stoves, refrigerator, patios etc hadn’t been cleaned as we normally have it.

Like dump it on the floors, let it absorb in the wood, and then we covered the floor with a plastic drop cloth to keep it from drying out.If that doesn't work, you may need to sand the floors.

I have numerous buildings with the following patio/stairs that need to be fixed(6-unit buildings with 2-upper, 2-middle and 2-bottom floor).
