After perusing the guidelines for NRP the 2 benefits I gather (my opinion) 1.

I would sit with her and peruse the MLS for deals to explore in my 'off' time.

Im looking for other students or people that have attended seminars to bounce ideas and/or partner with, using his model.I still have contacts and actively searching in the SE of the US but now want to peruse in my back yard of the bay area.Welcome any discussions.

After perusing a little bit I've found more useful information here for nothing that I would have paid for elsewhere.

If not (i.e. typical duplex sales are in the $60/ft2 range and your new construction costs are in the $100/ft2 range), then it would be pointless perusing this any further.
