Hi Everyone!
My name's Nick and I'm an engineer in my mid 20's in the Los Angeles area. After finding this site last night and listening to a podcast this afternoon, I felt really encouraged and excited to join and say hi! I'm new to the nitty gritty of real estate, but it's always something that has interested me. I'm looking to get property soon to provide extra income as a rental, leaning towards out of state, but I'm open to suggestions. If anyone is willing to help out, even better! : )
Anyway, I'll be perusing through some of the material on this site for the time being. Feel free to drop me a line!

Welcome to BP @Nick D.
I'm an engineer as well and like you have a strong interest in real estate. As you know, living in LA properties are so expensive and the price/rent ratio is so bad that we only invest out of state in markets that outperform. Let me know if there is anyway I can help!
Cheers,
Vala
