I thought you could send an application into the REEB (Real Estate Examining Board) for a "pre-determination" of sorts. 

Finding good mentors and people willing to lend support makes taking the first step less nerve racking.

I definitely won’t give up or let it slow me down in any way but my question is, how long did it take you guys to get over cold calling nerves and how do you deal with someone that has a horrible attitude towards you?

I’ve made calls to title companies to break the nerves, made numerous posts online looking for real estate investors, and want to learn more and more as I start this journey!

If I'm going to check out your building practices and quality control from a engineering perspective, I'd want to see your yard and examine what/how you're putting behind the finished walls by checking out several units in process.
