the realtor, no doubt, listed at 800-900 sq feet cuz the lower level is not counted as living space unless it has an outside door (which is the stupiest rule in the world).but the appraiser does definitely give one a bump in the price.just goes to show, despite the bottom going up on foreclosures, there will always be deals out there for those who look hard for them.

We've considered building it, but the number of folks operating at that level is a very small market that doesn't make financial sense to pursue - the reality is that for most either our software alone (using status, files, notes, lists, etc), or together with something like Podio is more than enough.

Seeking a contractor to fix squeaking floors...I have an absolutely beautiful townhouse for rent in Durham North Carolina in an ideal location, for which I suspect the squeaking floors may be turning away prospective tenants - I'm also seeking top of market rent, so that may also be a factor :-)EVERYTHING is new in this unit including brand new stainless-steal appliances and new carpet / vinyl floors; however after the new flooring went in, the squeaking became even worse and now I fixate on it with each step through the front door during showings.The unit has a basement, so access to the floor jousts of the main level is available through the tile ceiling in the basement...
