Squeaking floors turning away prospective tenants!?!

Seeking a contractor to fix squeaking floors...

I have an absolutely beautiful townhouse for rent in Durham North Carolina in an ideal location, for which I suspect the squeaking floors may be turning away prospective tenants - I'm also seeking top of market rent, so that may also be a factor :-)

EVERYTHING is new in this unit including brand new stainless-steal appliances and new carpet / vinyl floors; however after the new flooring went in, the squeaking became even worse and now I fixate on it with each step through the front door during showings.

The unit has a basement, so access to the floor jousts of the main level is available through the tile ceiling in the basement... Is something like this easily fixed and without damaging the new flooring? I do not have much available budget here, especially if I must lower my rent ask to get a tenant.
