Investor in Pittsburgh Pa new to BP

Hi All, I am new to BP and am looking to take my real estate investing to the next level. I currently have 2 rentals (3 units) that cash flow nicely for me and my personal residence. I am looking to expand into some other areas of investing other than buy and hold. Although, I won't do a deal without buy and hold being a viable option. If you know of any meet ups or groups in the Pittsburgh area let me know. I am looking to network with other investors and meet more people in the industry.
