I'm looking at a duplex in the Ogden Area (about 50 minutes north of Salt Lake City, Utah).

@J'Nelle Lake I see you mentioned the BRRRR method, what is the market rent?

I have always thought it would be extremely profitable to own homes on Lake Chelan as either rentals or Air BnB’s.

I am in escrow to purchase a beautiful 3+2 in South Lake Tahoe (in the county so I can still get the permit). 

I am currently looking at purchasing a property as a residence (Lake property) in Tennessee.

Lake Tahoe just gets more national and international guests as people know to look for it when on Airbnb/VRBO. 

In the DFW area I suggest people draw a big circle around the city and then look on the outskirts of that circle...so that might be cities like Burleson, Crowley, Cleburne, Mansfield, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Fate, Anna, Melissa, Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Pilot Point, Sanger, Denton, Justin, Ponder, Saginaw, Lake Worth, Azle, Weatherford.

Some of the outer towns aren't going to be as great unless they are near Flathead Lake. 

I can't really find what she wants though where she's looking and there doesn't seem to be many rehabbed homes outside of some of the malta/ ballston lake new build developments so might end up trying to rehab something for her. 

Sort of like saying, go jump in the lake naked, but you're not allowed to get wet.
