It is likely the policy will have to have an endorsement added to extend the liability coverage. 

I like groups like Inland, CORE, Genesis and a few others as a start (note, this is not an endorsement of any of those in particular).

The congress needs to endorse the bill but it hinted it will be retroactive implying it may hit use by 4/15/18 for 2017 tax. 

I made a deal with my husband, who did NOT endorse this decision that if I could pay the utility bills somehow, he would be on board and take care of our mortgage and everything else.

There may be other endorsements that you could add depending on the property.
