Not only does it build confidence, but it usually provides some much-needed cash-flow relief by eliminating another minimum. $68k is really not that much money.

It's been a week now. what a relief. 

Client needs relief asap, and I want to make good on this deal-- all the way around to help client with the situation for all parties involved. 

Banks were taking DILLs by the thousands in the crash so there is a lot of precedent.Also the debt relief act has sunset as you are probably aware during the crisis feds put a halt on debt relief  no more is the case.. 

So Im thinking that sounds like a relief to not have to stress that my contractor will uncover a costly issue when Im just getting into this business and every $ counts...

FEMA if involved can be good with initial relief but we are still waiting for the end so -not so much as easy out.  

It would really be a PT job as I still wish to do more volunteering work as well, and disaster relief work.

That is a relief and sets the standard by which I can do business.  

I have severe eczema which limits the things I can do that involve coming into contact with my skin.
