Hello BP community:

I'm thrilled to be learning from all of you. I'm actually looking to work with someone on my first deal that I'm getting ready to put under contract for a wholesale deal! The property is in and close to Tate County, MS and has some circumstances attached to it. Client needs relief asap, and I want to make good on this deal-- all the way around to help client with the situation for all parties involved.

Would anyone be available to possibly chime in on how to go about this transaction? I'm excited and nervous at the same time, to put this deal under contract, as I don't have a good grip on the market there.

There is structural damage to property, and a lien attached to the property. With those clear...Their is potential for the property.

I don't have a sellers agreement nor quite sure what to do next. Anyone in or around this area, that we can work together on?  Thank you in advance. :)))
