Just paid for the next General Meeting along with Dinner.

So, holding constant supply, that means the price will go up.Remember that idiot uncle/cousin/fiancé/whatever growing up, at the holiday dinner, who always said that "if you want to get a good deal on a house, buy a foreclosure"?

i would buy lunch or dinner or coffee to Andrew Syrios if he is so kindly available while you are there and pick his brain

But my wife for instance will make 6 figures plus never doing more than answer her phone and work her referrals not ONE dime spent on marketing.. other than to market a listing she may make 10 to 20k on.I had a nice dinner with Brie Schmidt this week.. and she is killing it.. she specializes in small multi's and has more business than she can handle there in Chicago and we had that same conversation what other business can you pay a measly 2k or so to keep your license then crack off 10 to 30k a month in commission..

I listen to a couple a day while I'm at the gym, eating lunch dinner, and commuting to work.

To be fair, we did go out afterwards for a late dinner. 

Also, find and network with investors that are doing deals and just ask if you can watch them do a deal and take them to lunch or dinner.
