Should I start with SEO or PPC?

I have a website (http://iheartsouthhills.com) that I'm trying to both SEO and PPC-promote as a lead generator for my own portfolio and secondarily to generate wholesale/rehab income.

For those who have done SEO for greater than 6 months, does the greater percent of your leads come from PPC or SEO?

There has been a lot of chat about building up your own booking sites so I thought I would post this little freebie.YoastCon is held in the Netherlands and is all about SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

This impacts both SEO ranking ability and website conversion - SEO ranking ability (many say they're SEO optimized, but the only thing you can trust is the results you see in Google, not the claims) - Conversion rate (this is critical and what we've pioneered across the industry, but there are so many nuances on conversion rate). 

Do you drive traffic to your site through digital ads, SEO or a combination of the two?

No social media, SEO, ppc, etc...basically this company doesn't even invest in themselves for business.

Getting a high ranking SEO pages takes money, time, and skills.

So needless to say you work on the credibility first, then you work on your SEO.
