I think that's true for the more rural markets but for mine that's an international destination, we'll benefit from the international travelers that were locked out due to covid.

For what it’s worth, with the falling cases in Covid and the frigid winter temperatures, rolling power downs, icy roads in many of these “destination” tier 2 markets, I am seeing fewer posts and noise on this topic.
