So you believe that a new wholesaler, without much experience or background to wow potential sellers, is going to make as effective use of their time using one of the other strategies in wealthy neighborhoods rather than going the classic doorknocking/bandit sign/cold calling distressed lists in bad neighborhoods route?

I'm guessing it will be snapped up by some savvy investor from CA or AZ.Try posting it as a business opportunity, an investment opportunity, an -inlaw unit, we call them "Casitas" in this neck of the woods, classic car storage, garage band space and on and on.

Do people in that neighborhood prefer modern finishes, is this this a historic community that prefers older more classic finishes, etc?

If there is a classic unit you can get into great.

The classic symptom of seeing a lot of views but not a lot of bookings is equally a symptom of pricing incorrectly and missing amenities, which makes pretty hard to pin down.

A lot of wide open spaces around there and Dick’s Classic Garage Car Museum with its exhibits of vintage vehicles; I'd like to check that out.
