So my thinking is that I would have to get certification/licensure from an online program for a state that has reciprocity with Ohio, and then apply as a reciprocal RE licensee - but I just wanted to make sure that would even work or be possible before going through with it

I'll power wash the mold of the siding, put in some light bulbs, have the electric and gas and plumbing turned on (HUD winterizes houses) and get a Certificate of Occupancy inspection.

I ran into an issue, trying to find a company for "Ground soil treatment" before pouring concrete ....so far I was not lucky with regular fumigation companies from craigslist, they don't do give the certificate needed for the inspector, any leads?
