I'm Brian and everybody calls me Brian. Almost 30. Psychology graduate, thinking it was a waste of time and money, currently broke and unemployed but with very good credit. Have a lot of extracurricular certifications, experience in many different fields, pretty smart, often educating my self and right now reinventing my self. Soon to be a MILLIONAIRE, just dont know how it's going to happen yet. Extremely ignorant in the Real Estate field "(an empty cup they say)" and experiencing what Bigger Pockets has to offer me.

    Also you can setup keyword alerts.

    Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and all the cash buyers (rehabbers) you will need.

    Brain,  you came o the right place bro. Our community is filled with tons of professional from teaching of lease option, sub 2, buy and hold and real estate marketers. I say take your time and learn this industry from top to bottom.
