Finding properties for another party for a fee without a real estate license is the illegal practice of real estate brokerage.

We are a Real Estate Mortgage Brokerage that deals with developers to get great incentives for Real Estate Investors and Homeowners.

I do have one lending brokerage that may be able to position themselves to do both the hard / private money in and the perm cash out re-fi.

Assuming the split with my brokerage is 50% the difference in my commission is $750.00.

Was the property marketed by a real estate brokerage when you bought it?

I would recommend that you commit to interviewing at least three brokerages.
