I have attended that Tampa Bay Investment Club on Friday, and it was the day of my birthday.

It was supposed to be a flex space with 13 commercial units on bottom floor and 250 units of of apartments on second floor with a massive community and flower pot rentals on top floor for sustainability.

I guess I should have sent his mama flowers and candy on a regular basis.

I got to know them on walkthrough, asked them about the house, the history of the neighborhood, and praised their flower garden, which it turns out was their mother's and they were maintaining it in her memory.

A good CRM that will not only automate e-mail and text campaigns but will also remind you of client birthdays and closing anniversaries. 

The property is a couple streets east of Apple Blossom Dr,  and Flowering Peach Dr.

Clean leaves and debris from the flower beds and grass.

I gave myself a deadline of July 11th to quit my day job and become an entrepreneur (it is my 25th birthday).

Once my wife's H4 work permit is approved she will be starting her own flower business as the property we stay on has 5 acres, we also plan on converting a portion of that land to a short-term rental to not only offer the unique option of staying on a "flower farm" in town but also to capitalize on the colosseum down the road.We have every intention of investing in San Angelo upon approval of our green cards and look forward to the process.
