Aloha Tekoa, The problem with DSCRs is every lender has their own particular sets of rules/guidelines which Devin mentioned above.

As you mentioned its a tiny bit more complicated, and there is a question of change of ownership if your currently holding the property in your name.

Agreed, sounds like DSCR loan would be a good fit here as mentioned above. 

@Neal Coppola As mentioned above, inventory has increased significantly for these lots, but with that being said, the overwhelming majority of those aren't listed anywhere close to what I would consider a reasonable price.

Did they correct the online issues and imrprove customer service which was mentioned in an earlier post?

Another important thing not mentioned is that you need to list your lender as "additional insured" on your insurance policy.
