I will accomplish this by constantly bettering myself and my knowledge in Real Estate Investing which I will use to increase my net worth and residual income by ultimately owning 100+ units in the form of one to several apartment buildings"My short term goal now (this has changed recently)1. 

Most of my partners use their home equity to generate residual income on short term deals we do and then use that profit to invest in passive income properties.

I'm not sure whether you will stay or go, and honestly, it doesn't really matter too much to me, but I am a full time real estate investor with significant residual income from my properties and performing mortgage notes and I love my work because I stuck with it.

I'm not referring to the adhesive tub surrounds.

For residual and active income this is why we take on the Reno&Flip and New construction deals either on our own or partnering with investors.

If you can see the yellow/orange residue from the smoke, a degreaser will be needed as well.

I run a consulting business that makes my money but by nature has no passive to residual income component - thats a whole other discussion ;).

I just got my license and I'm sure i can reach that goal but in lieu, I want that in the form of residual from investment properties.
