Here is what I had done by a contractor:- Replace flooring in one bedroom with wood-look vinyl- Patch wall in same bedroom- Add trim around bathroom door (not sure why but it was missing)- Fix light switches in hallway (would not operate sconces on the wall)Cost: $338.50- Supplies: the flooring I used for the bedroom (12x15)- 5 doorknobs- Smoke detectors and CO2 detectors- New mailboxCost: Approximately $250I installed the doorknobs, smoke detectors, mailbox, and CO2 detectors myself.

A couple of things to think about: Remove toilet and vanity, remove existing tile, patch subfloor if necessary (if there is a wood subfloor with rot, your costs will increase), install new tile, grout, re-install vanity/toilet, and caulk.Hopefully that is all included within the costs you received.

not sure if anyone mentioned it, but LATH AND PLASTER = terrible to patch. i have a rental built in 1915. bought it when i was young an dumb. knob an tube, terrible plumbing, and lath and plaster walls.
