I bought my first house in MA where I reside, but have had fear of purchasing an income property.

No problem with that kind of transaction.But the fact remains that in MA and many other states, wholesalers are not legally able to market properties (or contracts for properties) that they don't own.  

Hi,I have a property in Norwood, Ma I'm looking to flip, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good GC for the job.

I know it is just a rule of thumb, but looking for our first property we are trying to stay conservative and are having trouble finding something that even approaches the 2% rule outside of the cities.I can't remember the last time I saw a listing at 2% in CT, MA, or NY.

I am wondering specifically in the context of if you’re trying to qualify for a mortgage/loan/etc from a bank type of institution?  

We bought a 2 family property in MA with an inherited tenant.

Don't know about Michigan specifically but in Massachusetts that's illegal.

If it helps the thread, I am particularly interested in Massachusetts regulations.
