I'm not greedy, but with many years spent repairing it I worry if buying homes would ruin my ability to use my credit for personal use if I ever needed to get a new car etc...Me and my wife have no car payments, no credit card debt, no store cards.

They are so good and maybe I'm use to NY prices or greedy philly contractors, but his prices are damn good almost shocking good.

I think certain wholesalers either get their numbers wrong (ARV, comps, etc) or they are just greedy.

It depends on how greedy you are.  

If you would rather not become a full time stock trader, or would prefer to have a professional do some of the heavy lifting, you just have to find an advisor or fund that you feel good about.Which leads to another great parallel between TK and more conventional investing.

So I am good with the system unless the local assessor collectors turn greedy.
