Part of the issue could be they speak broken English so there could have been a gap in my understanding of what they did before I called the appliance repair guy.I call a appliance repair company to come out and they state the customer is using too much soap/wrong type of soap and educate them on what not to do.

We've been marketing in Spanish speaking areas and have had a great response rate and are able to take down some deals but curious on thoughts of bringing in someone who speaks it fluently as a percentage partner?

I speak real estate and renewable energy products fluently.

I've found the platforms, in my case particularly AIR to be hard to work with.....very poor tech support, if they can even barely speak English....And the supervisors are not much better.

As part of the contract for the last yeah I have a plain English summary letter that explains every paragraph in 1 sentence.
