What to do when negotiating in Spanish neighborhoods
Hey All!
We've been marketing in Spanish speaking areas and have had a great response rate and are able to take down some deals but curious on thoughts of bringing in someone who speaks it fluently as a percentage partner?
I'm a way's out from speaking it well so hoping to find a solution for the short term.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
