I currently think multifamily real estate is bottoming out (so either at the end of a Recession Phase or the beginning of a Recovery Phase). 

Something basic and simple, shows a property, the numbers, the potential return, how to cash out investors, how to document taxable spending etc.

More and more I see buyers look online, drive out to the house, and then while sitting in front of the house, CALL. 

You also could find a partner to do the operations so you can avoid the parts that stress you out.

It's not the same as kicking your own mother out onto the streets.

The claims of 1hr to collect rent, produce receipts, and deposit checks also seems like a reasonable claim if done physically and not electronically.

I was able to rent the garage to a seasoned electrician running his business through there only coming in and out to stock his truck once per day.I hope to be able to convert the second floor into an ADU as soon as Feb 2nd rolls around.

I’m not sure if it has a pay bill feature, or checks.
