Investor Sales Pitch Doc
I have a few people interested in investing with me strictly as cash partners. Does anyone have a document that breaks down a deal from start to finish, including potential tax incentives? Focused on flips with a brrrr exit strategy. Buy box in that 100-250k range, single fam or small multi fam. Something basic and simple, shows a property, the numbers, the potential return, how to cash out investors, how to document taxable spending etc. It can be spouse friendly as well.😉. I know there are quite a few what if's, but again a basic start to finish process on paper. Doesn't have to be a "real" deal. A scenario is fina as well.
